Professional makeup?
I recommend it. Studio lighting detects blemishes, ruddiness, and under-eye bags. If you do your own makeup, apply more than average to compensate for high-key studio lighting.
What should I wear?
Go-to colors are navy, white, black, cream, gray, olive, and burgundy. I typically recommend solid colors. I recommend trying on what you plan to wear beforehand - you want to feel comfortable.
Do you bring the studio to us?
I specialize in on-location corporate photography! Capturing professional headshots at your company's workplace ensures minimal disruption to your employees' workflow, allowing them to remain focused until their scheduled session.
What are the backdrop options for headshots?
I offer a variety of colors, including popular choices like dark gray, light gray, white, and tan. If your company has a specific backdrop preference that I don't currently offer, I'm happy to arrange for a custom order in time for your shoot.
Do you provide retouching?
Yes! I want you to look your best. My moderate approach to retouching includes adjustments to white balance, exposure, and contrast, as well as skin tone corrections, blemish removal, and eye and teeth whitening. If you have specific requests, let me know.

You get the opportunity to pick your favorite shots. After our session, I provide you with the unedited proofs. You choose the ones you love most, and I take care of the editing from there. This way, you get exactly the look you want for your professional headshots!
