Fast Lenses. Opt for fast lenses with wide apertures (f/2.8 or lower) to handle challenging lighting situations, allowing you to maintain a low ISO for cleaner images. 

Lighting Essentials:

External Flash. A reliable external flash is crucial for filling in shadows and providing additional light in poorly lit conference spaces. Consider a flash with adjustable power settings for versatility.
